Host Terms & Accommodation Responsibilities
Hosts control and remain responsible for their accommodation, terms, payments and service. Listing and reservation requests are currently free.

1. Relationship with KosherHotel
These Host Terms supplement the Terms of Use. KosherHotel, operated by SWISS X TRADE LTD, provides the platform. The host provides the accommodation and contracts directly with the guest. We charge no listing fee, reservation fee or platform commission under the current service and do not collect accommodation payments. Do not describe KosherHotel as the owner, accommodation provider, payment guarantor or issuer of a religious certificate.
2. Identity, authority and accurate listings
Provide your legal or business identity, whether you are a trader or private host, a working contact method, and your authority to let the property. You must have required consents, registrations and permits. Listings, room capacities, facilities, location, images, availability and certificates must be accurate and kept current. You must have rights to use uploaded text, photographs and other material. A link to Google, Booking.com or Airbnb does not transfer copyright, prove ownership or authorise copying third-party photographs or reviews. AI-generated drafts require your review and are not published automatically.
3. Guest terms and performance
Before acceptance, disclose the accommodation contracting party, exact room or entire property, dates, occupancy, total price and currency, taxes, mandatory extras, deposit and payment deadlines, check-in requirements, house rules and cancellation/refund conditions. Respond truthfully to requests, avoid overbooking, honour accepted stays and notify guests promptly of material changes. You are responsible for lawful safety, hygiene, accessibility statements, insurance where required and all tax obligations associated with your activity. Do not move an accepted booking to materially different accommodation without the guest’s lawful agreement.
4. Payments and disputes
You receive any accommodation payment directly and are responsible for secure, accurate payment instructions, lawful invoices or receipts, payment disputes and refunds you owe. KosherHotel does not hold guest money or guarantee settlement. Do not request payment to an unrelated or misleading payee. Do not share card data, passwords or authentication codes through the platform. Handle complaints and cancellation requests promptly and respect mandatory consumer protections.
5. Kosher and Shabbat claims
Specify which rooms have two separate beds and separate bedding. Provide the synagogue name and walking time, food provider and supervision, actual Shabbat facilities and limitations, and external certification details where claimed. A five-star claim needs all previous requirements and a current certificate from a named external organisation covering the relevant services or rooms. Notify us promptly of changes or expiry. Admin approval is a facilities review, not a religious ruling or guarantee. KOSHERBED products are optional brand information and do not independently certify a room.
6. Guest data and respectful conduct
Use guest information only for legitimate reservation, stay, safety and legal purposes. Protect it, disclose it only where appropriate, and do not add guests to marketing lists without a valid legal basis. You are independently responsible for your processing of information you receive from guests. Do not publish guest identity documents, private conversations or payment details. No fraud, harassment, false reviews or unlawful discrimination is permitted.
7. Review, restrictions and responsibility
We may review, correct, decline, suspend or remove listings and star levels where information is missing, misleading, unsafe or unlawful. Material listing or star changes may require a new review. We will provide notice, reasons or a route to challenge decisions where the law requires it; contact info@kosherhotel.net. Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions and legal duties. These terms do not transfer a host’s accommodation liabilities to KosherHotel or exclude liabilities KosherHotel cannot lawfully exclude.
